How to Correctly Change Your Facebook Password

After purchasing a Facebook account, if the IP meets the requirements, you can change the password immediately after logging in using mbasic.facebook.com.

Web Change Method: Visit this link to change your password (https://www.facebook.com/privacy/review/?review_id=573933453011661) and follow the prompts.

Mobile App Change Method: Go to Facebook Settings. Under Password and Security, and below Payments, there is a small card: Privacy Checkup. Tap to enter, then select How to protect your account. Follow the steps inside, skip all other options. On the second option: the page asking if your password privacy is high enough, click Change Password in the middle of the page. Changing the password this way will not cause any issues with the account number.

Notes:

1. The prerequisite for changing the password is that the IP meets the requirements. For example, for an old US account, you must log in using a US residential proxy IP.

2. If your IP is stable and you have been nurturing the account for a long time, you can change the password normally without using the method above.

3. If you do not have a stable residential proxy IP, you must ensure that your network has not logged into more than 1 Facebook account recently, and that no Facebook account has been banned. Additionally, your network must not use server IPs (do not use those built with Alibaba Cloud/Tencent Cloud, as those IPs are overused), and you must not use ordinary VPNs.
